Halp! was an app born out of a hackathon at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. The concept was a platform where students needing help in a class, could connect with other students with more experience in that class. Students in need would be able to offer a bounty – either money, food, or something else (that’s appropriate, of course). While the app was never released to the student body at Cal Poly, we continued working on the app post-hackathon, and most of the frontend and backend were built out.
